5, Working principle
When the material enters the dryer cylinder, it is dried by contacting with the hot air in the cylinder in a forward or reverse flow or effectively contacting with the heating wall. After drying, the product is discharged from the lower part of the other end.
In the drying process, the material moves from the high end to the low end under the action of gravity with the help of the slow rotation of the cylinder. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a forward reading plate, which continuously picks up and sprinkles the materials, greatly enhances the thermal contact surface of the materials, improves the drying rate and promotes the materials to move forward.
